Refund Policy

This policy applies to consulting fees paid to Magnolia Field Strategy Office Co., Ltd. for budgeting and forecasting engagements. It does not cover third-party costs we pay on your behalf with prior approval.

Eligibility overview

Consulting services are customized professional work. Refunds depend on engagement stage, documented deliverables, and cancellation timing.

Cancellation before work begins

If you cancel after signing an engagement letter but before scheduled discovery sessions, we refund any deposit minus a ten percent scheduling fee to cover reserved calendar time, unless otherwise stated in your agreement.

Cancellation after work has started

Once discovery or build sessions begin, deposits become non-refundable because consultant time and preparatory work cannot be resold. Partial refunds may apply only if we mutually agree to terminate early and no further sessions are delivered.

Full refund situations

We will refund fees paid for sessions we cancel without rescheduling within a reasonable window, or if we determine we cannot serve your engagement and no billable work has occurred.

Partial refund situations

If we deliver fewer sessions than contracted due to our scheduling failure, we credit or refund the prorated unused portion. If you miss sessions without rescheduling per the engagement terms, those sessions are non-refundable.

Non-refundable items

• Completed workshop days or half-day reviews already delivered
• Analyst preparation time for sessions held as scheduled
• Third-party software licenses or data purchases made at your request
• Travel expenses already incurred for on-site visits
• Deposits after discovery has commenced

Rescheduling

You may reschedule sessions with at least five business days’ notice without penalty, subject to consultant availability. Two free reschedules per project; additional reschedules may incur a NT$5,000 administrative fee.

No-shows

Missing a scheduled session without notice counts as delivered for billing purposes. We will attempt to contact you once by phone and email before applying this policy.

Refund process

Submit refund requests in writing to info@service-magnoliafield.click with your company name, engagement reference, and reason. We acknowledge within three business days and decide within ten business days where investigation is needed.

Approved refunds are processed by bank transfer to the original payer account within fourteen business days.

Deposits

Standard project deposits are forty percent of the quoted fee. Deposits reserve calendar blocks and are applied to final invoices unless cancellation terms above apply.

Work already started

Materials, models, or drafts produced before cancellation remain our work product until fees for completed phases are settled. Upon payment, deliverables completed to date are provided in agreed formats.
