Annual Operating Budget Build
Full operating budget engagement
Fixed project fee for companies with up to four cost centers and one revenue stream. Includes six weeks of workshops, two revision cycles, and handoff documentation.
Factors that increase fee: multiple revenue lines, intercompany allocations, bilingual board packs, accelerated timelines under four weeks.
Cash Flow Forecasting Setup
Rolling thirteen-week model
Includes kickoff on-site, remote build sessions, and training for your finance lead. Complex inventory layers or multi-currency receipts quoted separately.
Monthly Budget Review
Recurring facilitation
Quarterly commitment minimum. Includes variance pack preparation, facilitated meeting, and written action summary. Travel beyond Taichung City billed at NT$3,500 per visit.
Scenario Planning Session
Decision workshop
One to two on-site days with pre-work and summary memo. Additional scenarios beyond four quoted at NT$18,000 each.
Deposits and payment terms
Project engagements require a 40% deposit to reserve calendar time, with the remainder invoiced at midpoint and completion milestones. Monthly reviews invoice at the start of each quarter.
We accept bank transfer. We do not process card payments on this site.
